However, if for some reason you are not satisfied we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on Silver Collection jewellery only returned within 7 (seven) days of taking delivery of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of insured return shipping. No returns or exchange after 7 days. No refunds. Custom made jewellery is not returnable.
Worn, damaged or altered jewellery is not returnable under any circumstances.
All returns for exchange on store credit must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached
- All original packaging must be included
All returns require an authorization—email.
When shipping internationally, you are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that are set by your destination country.
RW does not determine or collect these fees.
